Catksills Mountainview Haus:

Catskills Mountainview Haus has numerous and varied attractions to the area.

Just in the name alone, Catskills Mountainview Haus, you know when you approach this special Chalet-style haus, you will be surrounded by mountains and views. In the vicinity of the house, there are numerous trails for hiking, biking, downhill and X-C skiing, and fat bike cycling in snow.

During warmer months, the area directly near the house is excellent for fishing/fly fishing, and several swimming holes are there for tons of fun in freshwater. Surrounding towns offer great options for restaurants, bars, shops and farmers markets, and within a short drive are breweries and wineries, if you are so inclined.

The Catskills are known for various cultural and music events throughout the four seasons, so please be sure to check the tourist websites for the entire region before visiting. Between relaxing activities like a walk in the woods, to more extreme sports like rafting and downhill biking, you are sure to find something that fits your needs when visiting this Catskills Mountainview Haus.

Of course, staying close and just enjoying the house, view and fire pit are always an option too!

New Paltz Pool Haus:

New Paltz Pool Haus is situated right outside the village of New Paltz.

The main attraction for this haus is the stunning, in-ground heated swimming pool, accessible right outside the door!

But, for those wishing to see more of the area, New Paltz and the surrounding towns offer excellent options for hiking, trail biking as well as road biking, swimming, golf, kayaking and canoeing, as well as horseback riding. This region of the Hudson Valley has the Hudson Valley Wine Trail, and you can visit numerous wineries within a short drive of the haus.

In addition, from spring to fall there are many local farms that offer apple or pumpkin picking, hayrides, games for kids, outside fire pits and local ice cream, with options as close as a 5-minute drive from the Haus. A visit to the New Paltz Pool Haus would not be complete without mentioning the Walkway Over the Hudson,  a converted railway track, which now boasts the longest elevated pedestrian bridge in the world.

This beautiful bridge and views are located 10 minutes from the Haus. Restaurants, breweries, coffee shops and wine bars can all be found in downtown New Paltz, from Tibetan to American, Vietnamese to Mexican.

Come visit the New Paltz Pool Haus in any weather and you will always have something to do right here in the beautiful Hudson Valley!
